	Jonathan Horn Senior Vice President Mr. Horn has been employed by FMC since 1996. Prior to this, he was employed by Shearson Lehman and then by Smith Barney as a Financial Consultant. He is also a registered representative of Family Management Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Mr. Horn received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Washington University.
	Jan Sucic Senior Vice President Mr. Sucic has been employed by FMC since February 2000. Prior to this, he was employed by Scudder Kemper Investments. He is also a registered representative of Family Management Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and an agent of Forest Hill Capital Corporation. Mr. Sucic received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine.
	Jessica Davis Vice President Ms. Davis has been employed by FMC since April 2012.  Prior to this, she was employed by Barclays Wealth (formerly Lehman Brothers) as an Assistant Vice President in the Wealth Management Division, and by U.S. Trust Company in Business Development.  She is also a registered representative of Family Management Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.  Ms. Davis received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
	Kathy Calabro Senior Vice President Ms. Calabro has been employed by FMC since 1996. She is currently the manager of the Human Resources Department and Office Administration.
	Stephen N. Bunzl Senior Vice President Mr. Bunzl has been employed by FMC since April, 2011. Prior to this, he was employed by Swiss Bank in Geneva and at American Express International Banking Corporation in New York. Mr. Bunzl then managed his family’s international trading business from Milan and London. He has held leadership positions at the JCC in Manhattan and the Israel Policy Forum. He is also a registered representative of Family Management Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Mr. Bunzl received a bachelor’s degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Columbia University.
	Daniel Erben Senior Vice President Director of Fixed Income Mr. Erben has been employed by FMC as Director of Fixed Income since October 2005. Prior to this, he was employed by U.S. Trust as a Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Trader. He is also a registered representative of Family Management Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Mr. Erben received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rhode Island.
	Philip Frank General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Mr. Frank has been employed by FMC since March, 2011. Prior to this, he has held legal and compliance positions at Constellation Wealth Advisors, LLC, ABP Investments US and Crown Financial Group, Inc. He has also served as a consultant to the Office of General Counsel of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Mr. Frank began his career as a staff attorney at FINRA. He is also a registered representative of Family Management Securities, LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Mr. Frank received a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Marist College and earned his JD from St. John’s University.
	Jason Nardis Vice President, Alternative Investments Mr. Nardis has been employed by FMC since October, 2010. Prior to this, he was employed by UBS in the Alternative & Quantitative Investments Group and also worked as the lead analyst for the family office of Jerome Kohlberg, co-founder of KKR. Mr. Nardis received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Iona College.
